Hello is a free, peer-to-peer video calling service. By using Hello, you agree to these terms.

How It Works

• No accounts needed - Just visit a channel URL and start calling
• Peer-to-peer - Your video/audio goes directly between participants, not through our servers
• Your responsibility - You're responsible for what you say and do on calls

What We Don't Do

• No recording - We don't record, store, or monitor your calls
• No data collection - We don't collect personal information or require sign-ups
• No content moderation - Calls are private between participants

Your Responsibilities

• Be respectful - Don't harass, abuse, or harm others
• Follow the law - Don't use Hello for illegal activities
• Respect privacy - Don't record others without permission
• Age requirement - You must be 13+ to use Hello

Service Availability

• Best effort - We provide Hello "as is" without guarantees
• No uptime promises - The service may be unavailable sometimes
• May change - We can modify or discontinue features anytime

Privacy & Data

• Minimal data - We only collect what's necessary to make calls work (like IP addresses for WebRTC)
• No permanent storage - Call data isn't stored after your session ends
• Third-party embeds - If you embed Hello on your site, your site's privacy policy applies

Prohibited Uses

Don't use Hello for:

• Illegal activities
• Harassment or abuse
• Sharing harmful content
• Violating others' privacy
• Commercial spam or advertising

Liability

• Use at your own risk - We're not responsible for call quality, content, or technical issues
• No warranties - Hello is provided without guarantees of any kind
• Limited liability - Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law

Termination

• Your right - Stop using Hello anytime
• Our right - We can block access for terms violations or technical reasons

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept any changes.
